For example, in the WWI scenario the nations are Italy, France, England, Germany, Austria, Russia, and Turkey. The map contains 80 regions which are classified as either land or sea. 35 of these regions contain major cities (aà), each capable of maintaining exactly one army (éâ) or exactly one navy (Cu). At the outset, the map shows the initial deployment of all units. The = borders represent boundaries around nations while the borders denote boundaries around territories/provinces.
